FCSPress

FCSPress is a Macintosh program for analysing and editing Flow Cytometry Data

It lets you:

• Plot a variety of high resolution graphs
• Edit and annotate your graphs "on the page"
• RGB-Gate your data
• Generate a wide range of statistics
• Copy for pasting directly into other programs, or save to disc as standard PICT files
• Calculate the ratio of two parameters - eg for Indo-1 or Fluo3/Fura Red calcium studies.
• Scale data, or calculate the sum, product or difference of two parameters.
• Add a calculated time parameter for kinetic studies (eg pH or Calcium).
• Delete superfluous parameters.
• Combine many small files into one large one.
• Compensate data off-line - ideal for multi-beam instruments with no cross-beam compensation
• Convert older FCS1.0 files and FCS2.0 files to a common FCS2.0 format
• Export your data as text for plotting in spreadsheets etc
• Calculate averages,percent responders, standard error etc for kinetic studies - plot selected data versus time
• Edit text in your file - correct mis-labelling
